Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle the data of anyone who visits this site or gets in touch with us. It applies to kriativos.studio and to the forms and contact channels connected to it.

Kriativos is a brand operated by Oduh Comunicação, registered in Brazil under company number (CNPJ) 60.952.201/0001-10, which is the controller of the personal data processed here under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). Because the controller and the processing are based in Brazil, that is the law that governs your data here, whatever country you are reading from.

What data we collect

We collect two categories of data, by different routes.

Data you give us

• When you request a quote or get in touch: name, email, phone, company and whatever you write about the project.
• When you message us on WhatsApp: the number the message comes from and the content of the conversation.

Data collected automatically

• Browsing: pages visited, time spent, where the visit came from and clicks.
• Technical: IP address, device type, browser and operating system.

Browsing data is only collected if you allow the corresponding cookies. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work do not require consent, because without them the page does not function.

Why we process this data

• To answer you and put together proposals. Legal basis: preliminary steps towards a contract, at your request.
• To deliver the service you hired, once you become a client. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To improve the site and measure where visits come from. Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner.
• To meet legal and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To send communications about our services, when it makes sense for your context. Legal basis: legitimate interest — and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing with the brands in the group

Oduh Comunicação operates other brands besides Kriativos, each with its own specialty — websites, paid media, branding, audiovisual, among others.

The data you give us here may be shared with those other brands in the group, all under the same controller and the same company registration. That sharing happens for two reasons:

• To serve your request better. If what you need involves an area another brand in the group specializes in, the right team can talk to you without you having to repeat the same brief.
• To run the shared infrastructure. The brands use the same systems for support, proposals and project management.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for other companies to advertise to you.

Outside the group, we share only with

• Technology providers that keep the operation running — hosting, email, traffic analytics and storage — always limited to what they need in order to provide the service.
• Public authorities, when required by law or by a court order.

How long we keep it

• Contacts that did not become a project: up to 2 years, so we can pick the conversation back up if you return.
• Client data: for the term of the contract plus 5 years, to meet tax and legal obligations.
• Browsing data: according to the lifetime of each cookie, which you can review and revoke in the preferences panel.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to:

• Confirm that we process your data and access it;
• Correct data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date;
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
• Request portability to another provider;
• Withdraw consent and request the deletion of data processed on that basis;
• Know who we share your data with;
• Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.

Security

We take technical and administrative measures to protect your data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restricted to the people who need to work with it, and controls on the systems where it is stored. No system is infallible, but if an incident occurs that poses a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).

Cookies

We use necessary, statistics and marketing cookies. On your first visit you choose which ones to accept, and you can revisit that choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Changes to this policy

If it changes, the update date at the top changes with it. Significant changes will be announced on the site itself.
